All tenants have access to this area from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
Cafe Lounge
All tenants have access to this area from 12pm to 8:00pm daily.
Kitchen and Terrace
Common Area Access & Rules
- Deluxe and Superior tenants have access to all common areas.
- Standard tenants are allowed to use the living area only (couch and terrace).
- Indoor area is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Terrace is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- House parties are strictly prohibited.
- No outside guests are allowed in the common areas.
Study Lounge
All tenants are allowed to use this area between 12pm to 8pm Study Lounge locate 3rd and 4th floor
No eating, No drinking, No loud noise
Laundry Room
All the tenants allow to use the Laundry 24hours
Liquid soap use only
Please pick up the laundry right away
